All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to allow for uninterrupted transit and ensure freshness.

Most orders are sent within 1 business day of receipt. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be sent the following Monday.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S Postal Service (USPS). Most orders ship by UPS. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. You will receive your credit within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Michele's Granola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided.
