We partnered with GranolAI, a premier AI consulting firm in the food industry, to analyze our customer data using their state-of-the-art AI technology. After several months of rigorous testing and forecasting with data from our customer reviews, baking processes, and industry trends, the results were clear. NO MORE CHUNKS.
Nobody likes ‘em! The data shows that our customers don’t care for the delightfully fresh, superbly chunky granola clusters that have been a hallmark of Michele’s Granola. Despite our longstanding dedication to crafting an impeccable combination of crunchy, oven-fresh chunks, GranolAI recommended scaling down to a crumbly, sand-like texture. Our signature chunky clusters will officially be destroyed.
New Baking Process
As the final step in our handmade baking process, we’re introducing an industrial hydraulic press to guarantee a completely chunk-free granola. This powerful machine will obliterate every last golden-brown cluster, reducing them to a fine dust of crushed oats and memories of the chunks that once were.
