Make It Official with an Account
Already have an account on our website? Great news: You’re already enrolled in Michele’s Rewards and can start earning Points immediately. Signing up is free and quick: Create an account by clicking on the icon of a person at top right of every page, or if you’re mobile, click the three lines at top left for the menu, and scroll down to “Log in” and click.
Lots of Ways to Earn Points
Here’s how you can start racking up those Points in Michele’s Rewards:
- Sign up: We’ll reward you with 100 Points just for enrolling!
- Have a birthday: Add your birth date under “ways to earn” for a 500 Point birthday gift each year. Be sure your birthday is entered 30 days in advance to receive this delicious gift.
- Refer friends: Know someone who would love Michele’s Granola? Share your referral link with them! When they make a first-time purchase using the link, they’ll receive $5 off, and you’ll get a $5 discount for yourself. The best part? There’s no limit to how many referrals rewards you can accumulate! Find your unique referral link by clicking the gift box icon.
- Make purchases: Earn 3 Points for every dollar you spend (product only, not shipping costs), and look out for Double Points days throughout the year!
Redeem Your Rewards
To redeem rewards, click the gift box icon, then click “Ways to redeem” to see your options:
One-time purchases:
- Every 100 Points you accrue earns you a $1 credit to spend on one-time purchases! For example, a $41.99 5-pound bulk bag will earn you 123 Crunch Points, so you’ll have one dollar in your account the next time you visit.
- To claim $1 off (or more), after you’ve clicked “Ways to redeem”, look for “One-Time Order Discount 100 Reward Points = $1” and click “Redeem”
- If you’ve earned 100 points or more, you can use the scroll bar to create a coupon in increments of $1! Click Redeem and complete your order.
- You can also apply 1,000 Points toward a coupon for 10% off your entire order.
- To apply the discount to your order, either click the “Apply to Order” button to automatically apply the discount or copy the code and paste it in the promo code box at checkout.
Subscription orders:
Check your balance in the green gift box icon and you can apply a $1, $3 or $5 reward to an upcoming subscription order:
- After clicking “Ways to redeem,” select the coupon you wish to redeem and click the green redeem button to generate a unique code.
- Copy the discount code and click “Discount a subscription” to be taken to your “Manage Subscriptions” page.
- Choose an upcoming subscription order and click on the subscription item. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the “Add Discount” button and paste your discount code into the empty field before clicking apply discount.
- If you have a subscription with multiple products, you only need to add a discount code to a singular product; this will apply the discount to your entire order.
- To verify the discount code applied to your subscription, you can view your upcoming order through the “Upcoming Orders” tab to view the cost breakdown of your next order.
Two friendly reminders:
- Make sure you’re logged into your account when you place an order to collect your points.
- You can use only one discount at a time, so you can’t apply Points in conjunction with another coupon.
