Ingredients for High-Protein Toast
2 slices of whole-grain bread (we love Dave's Killer Bread) 8-12g protein
½ cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt (for a vegan option, try Forager Project Plain Greek Style Yogurt) 10g protein
4–6 fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola (or other Michele's variety) 3g protein
Optional:
2 tsp honey
A handful of microgreens (like arugula or sunflower sprouts)
1 tbsp hemp seeds 3g protein
How to Make Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola Toast
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over both slices.
- Top with sliced strawberries and Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola.
- Finish with the optional toppings: Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness, stack on the microgreens, and add a sprinkle of hemp seeds for extra protein and nutrients.
