Power-Packed Yogurt + Granola Toast

Protein-packed Yogurt + Granola Toast with vegan, gluten-free Michele's Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola

Looking for a quick, protein-packed breakfast that tastes like a spring treat? With the addition of our fresh seasonal Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola, this yogurt-topped toast delivers the perfect balance of creamy and crunchy, hearty and sweet. And with more than 20g of natural protein depending on your choice of bread, it makes a tasty toasty breakfast or post-workout snack!

Serves one

Ingredients for High-Protein Toast

2 slices of whole-grain bread (we love Dave's Killer Bread8-12g protein 

½ cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt (for a vegan option, try Forager Project Plain Greek Style Yogurt) 10g protein

4–6 fresh strawberries, sliced

¼ cup Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola (or other Michele's variety) 3g protein

Optional: 

2 tsp honey

A handful of microgreens (like arugula or sunflower sprouts)

1 tbsp hemp seeds 3g protein

How to Make Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola Toast

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over both slices.
  3. Top with sliced strawberries and Strawberry & Red Quinoa Granola.
  4. Finish with the optional toppings: Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness, stack on the microgreens, and add a sprinkle of hemp seeds for extra protein and nutrients.
