This wholesome snack comes together in a snap and is a real crowd pleaser!
3-4 Apples (Any variety of choice!), sliced thinly
1 cup Michele's Cinnamon Raisin Granola (or your favorite Michele's flavor!)
Peanut Butter Caramel
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Make Caramel Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk continuously and bring to a boil (it should bubble up). Turn off heat. Note: the caramel thickens more as it sits. Add a teaspoon of water to thin out if desired.
- On a parchment lined sheet pan, spread out thinly sliced apples evenly. It’s OK if some overlap.
- Drizzle caramel over apples & top with granola!
